Job Description

Accent Group is seeking a CRM Specialist to join the Digital Marketing team, supporting Hype DC, Platypus Shoes and SUBTYPE. This hands-on role delivers CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS and automated customer journeys.

You will build audience segments in our CDP, plan and execute campaigns, optimise lifecycle journeys from welcome to re-engagement, manage testing, analyse performance and ensure privacy compliance while staying ahead of CRM trends.
