Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming phone calls and emails
Process orders, invoices and supporting documentation
Liaise with customers, suppliers and technicians
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Coordinate schedules and daily operational activities




Provide administrative support to management
Maintain office supplies and administration systems

About You
Previous experience in administration, office coordination or customer service
Robust organisation and multitasking capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

Experience within trades, HVAC or service-based industries
Scheduling or service coordination experience
Exposure to purchase orders, invoicing or accounts administration
