Job Description

Autobarn, part of Bapcor Ltd, is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across WA, NT, TAS and SA. You will coach Store Managers, drive sales growth, uphold store standards, and develop a high-performance culture in a rapid-paced workplace.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will spend time in-store, building capability, managing performance, and ensuring profitability while delivering customer excellence and safety across our nationwide network.
