We're partnering with a highly regarded builder delivering a landmark luxury 30+ level residential development on the Gold Coast. With demolition about to commence, this is an prospect to join the project from the ground up and play a key role throughout the full construction lifecycle.

Backed by a healthy pipeline of work across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast through to 2032, this is far more than a one-project prospect.

n

About the Role

n

Working alongside an experienced project team, you'll be responsible for coordinating engineering activities across the project while supporting delivery, programme, quality and commercial outcomes.

n

Given the nature of the development, this role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex construction challenges, thinking ahead and planning works well before they reach site.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Coordinate project delivery from early construction through to completion
n
Prepare and manage short-term programmes and look-ahead schedules
n
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
n
Assist with procurement, RFIs, design coordination and technical queries
n




Monitor programme, cost, quality and safety performance
n
Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to maintain construction sequencing
n
Identify construction risks early and implement practical solutions
n
Maintain project documentation and reporting throughout delivery
n

About You

n

n
Previous experience as a Project Engineer on commercial or high-rise residential projects
n
Robust understanding of concrete structures and vertical construction
n
Experience working on Design & Construct projects will be highly regarded
n
Excellent planning and coordination skills
n
Practical, solution-focused approach to problem solving
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across consultants, subcontractors and project teams
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
n
