Job Description

Monash Health in Dandenong is seeking a Manager for the Acute Community Intervention Service (ACIS). You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with senior medical leadership, and drive timely, recovery‐oriented care in the community setting.

The role focuses on KPIs, budgets, quality and safety, while supporting frontline staff and consumers. You will foster a solid team culture, articulate clinical governance standards, and ensure seamless coordination of services with stakeholders
