ASX is seeking a Head of Company Secretariat to lead governance support for Clearing and Settlement Boards and Committees. You will drive agendas, papers, minutes and governance calendars while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.

You will advise boards and senior executives, partner with Chairs and regulators, and drive continuous improvements to governance practices in a complex, highly regulated setting. A hybrid working model is offered.
