Job Description

Certis Australia invites applications for a Control Room Operator in Parramatta. You will monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control, coordinating incident responses and communicating with in office teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

The role involves day and night shifts on an 8-week rotating roster, totaling about 76 hours per fortnight, with 12-hour shifts. Requires Security Licence 1A/1E, First Aid with CPR, and the ability to pass police checks.
