Job Description

SMYA is seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Advisor to lead and elevate our safety strategy across Australia and Current Zealand. Based within the HR function and reporting to the GM - HR, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational engagement across our sites.

You will develop, implement and continuously improve SMYA's WHS Management System, ensuring legislative compliance while driving a proactive safety culture across the organisation.
