About the Role

Are you highly organised, personable, and known for getting things done? We're looking for a proactiveClient Services Assistantto play a key role in supporting our managers and staff while delivering an outstanding experience to our clients.

As theClient Services Assistant, you'll be a central point of contact within the firm, providing essential support to managers, staff, and clients across day-to-day administrative tasks and workflow needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries
Manage inbound and outbound client communications (calls, emails, video meetings)
Provide administrative support to managers, including diary management and general office tasks
Assist with ATO, ASIC, and SMSF administration
Coordinate client onboarding and year-end document collection
Follow up with clients for information, outstanding documents, and lodgements
Support BAS lodgements, ITR processing, bookkeeping,



and other accounts-related administrative tasks
Maintain accurate and compliant client records in the database
Assist with internal workflows and reporting to multiple managers

About You

While experience is valuable, we believe attitude, work ethic, and personality matter most. We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in qualified services (accounting background ideal but not essential)
Brings strong administration and client-facing experience
Communicates professionally, with excellent attention to detail and valuable manners
Is confident in making calls and following up with clients
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work
Is eager to learn and grow within a qualified environment
