Job Description

Monash University's Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Clayton invites applications for a Research Fellow (Laboratory Manager) for a 12-month fixed-term, full time appointment. You will lead day-to-day lab operations while contributing scientifically to active projects.

The role combines bench research with operational leadership: managing workflows, equipment, safety, supervising HDR students, onboarding recent members, and maintaining SOPs.
