Job Description

Aruma is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to develop and implement evidence-based plans for people with disabilities. You will work with individuals, families and specialists to promote independence, inclusion and dignity through tailored strategies.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide staff training, review plans, and advocate for client rights in a compassionate, solution-focused workplace.
