Job Description

Corrections Victoria in Geelong is recruiting a Supervisor, Workforce Services to oversee training across the Barwon Southwest Prison Precinct. You will lead squad leaders and coaches, align programs with operational needs, and support strategic planning.

The role requires knowledge of the Victorian Corrections operating system, custodial squad training, and experience with Time Target systems and LMS. Travel between locations is expected.
