Job Description

Bakers Delight is seeking a State Property Manager to join our Property team. Reporting to the Chief Network Growth Officer, you will secure long-term success of our bakery network through strategic lease negotiations, portfolio management, site acquisition and stakeholder engagement.

This role requires building relationships with franchisees, landlords and internal teams, driving commercial outcomes, and evolving our property strategy to support growth across the network.
