K&L; Gates in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team, advising founders, high-growth companies, investors and funds on transactions across the investment lifecycle.

You will take a leading role on matters, manage workstreams, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate with partners across the firm, including cross-border deals. This role offers exposure to notable venture capital transactions in Australia and a agile legal landscape.
