Job Description

HelloDR Blackstone is a up-to-date medical centre delivering patient-centred care in Ipswich. We are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming, efficient first impression for every patient.

As the front-line contact, you will handle bookings, patient inquiries and general administration using Best Practice software, with weekday and weekend shifts. Robust communication, organisation and a skilled presentation are essential.
