ARMA is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our high-performing customer relations team. You will coach and develop a team of Customer Relationship Managers, drive performance against KPIs, and ensure compliant delivery of outcomes for clients.

In this role, you will run daily huddles, manage queues and dialler activity, handle escalations, and deliver regular performance reporting. A proven leader with robust communication and coaching skills will thrive here.
