Job Description

AnglicareSA is seeking a Case Manager for our Homelessness Services team in Playford. This full time maternity leave cover focuses on intensive, person-centred support and coordination of housing, health, and community services to help clients achieve safety and housing stability.

Ideal applicants have a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services (Homelessness Sector) or equivalent, at least two years' experience, and solid advocacy skills.
