Job Description

Panthers Group and Pullman Sydney Penrith have an exciting chance for an experienced Guest Services Manager / Duty Manager to join the hotel team. You will oversee shift operations, lead the Front Office, manage guest arrivals/departures and loyalty member handling to ensure memorable stays.

The role requires a proven guest-focused leader with Opera PMS proficiency, robust communication skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
