Job Description

BFT Prahran seeks an experienced, people-first leader to manage the studio day-to-day, driving growth, culture and the member experience. You'll be the face of the studio, working with the Head Coach and owners to ensure high standards in engagement, retention and operations.

This hands-on role focuses on welcoming recent members, following up inquiries, leading the coaching team, organizing events and maintaining exceptional service.
