Job Description

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Quality & Education Manager for the Central Coast NSW. You will lead quality care delivery, governance, and team development to uphold the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The role focuses on coaching leaders, improving documentation, and ensuring continuous improvement across the service. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration and a postgraduate in Aged Care, plus a teaching qualification.
