Job Description

NEXTDC Darwin seeks an experienced Security Team Leader to oversee security operations at our data centre. You will lead a frontline team, manage rosters, incidents and audits, and ensure a secure, compliant workplace for customers and staff.

You will drive continuous improvement in security processes, uphold skilled service standards, and collaborate with facilities and operations teams to protect critical infrastructure. Australian citizenship and AGSVA clearance readiness are required.
