FIFO Speech Pathologist (Regional SA) – 1 week on / 1 week off

On Offer:
$100,000 plus super
1 week on, 1 week off roster
Salary increasing to $110,000 plus super (post probation) and $120,000 plus super (12 months)
Flights, accommodation, vehicle + fuelprovided while on rotation
$1,000 PD allowance+10 hours PD leave
Bonus structure:$100weekly when KPI is met and$60/hourabove KPI
Custom CRM for notes, billables, KPI and reminders, plus robust online team support

The Role:

You’ll deliver community-based services in settings such as homes, schools and local community venues.



The caseload is wide-ranging and will include NDIS participants, with some private, aged care and hospital clients.

You’ll complete assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy, contribute to functional capacity assessments and reporting, and manage your own diary. You’ll work independently day-to-day while staying connected to discipline leaders via structured supervision and team systems.

Requirements:
Qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership/eligibility
Full driver’s licence
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Screening Check
