Job Description

Accor's Darwin resorts host a pivotal People & Culture leadership role. As the People & Culture Director, you will steer strategy, recruitment, and employee engagement across three properties, with ongoing support from a coordinator and General Manager.

This in office role in Darwin NT requires a HR qualification, 3–5 years' P&C; experience, and solid ER/IR skills. Sponsorship is not available; relocation to Darwin is expected.
