Job Description

Calvary in NSW seeks a dedicated Intake Officer to manage referrals for ACAT/community services. You will assess referrals from MAC, clients, families and specialists and ensure timely prioritisation and data entry in MAC, EMR and iPM.

You will provide information on services, perform administrative tasks and keep aged care facilities updated with weekly vacancy notices. The role requires robust communication, ability to work in a team or independently, and knowledge of aged care legislation.
