The Sebel Canberra Civic is seeking a Guest Service Agent to ensure guests have a seamless stay from arrival to departure. The role includes shifts at The Sebel Canberra Campbell, offering variety across two Sebel properties.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, processing reservations, and maintaining lobby standards. The ideal candidate will have customer service or hospitality experience and excellent communication skills.
