Job Description

Moorabool Shire Council is seeking a Pool Duty Supervisor for the Bacchus Marsh and Ballan Outdoor Pools. The role focuses on leading daily operations, ensuring a protected, clean and welcoming workplace for all patrons, and supervising lifeguards.

You will respond to emergencies and uphold water quality standards to protect community members. Success requires Lifeguarding and First Aid qualifications, robust communication, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
