Peter Jackson in Melbourne's inner east is seeking an HR Manager to lead our People & Culture team and shape workforce strategy. The role offers strategic partnership with the CEO and Directors and a chance to drive operational excellence.

You'll digitalise employment records with HR systems (Tanda rollout), manage employment relations, recruitment, onboarding, salary reviews, and ensure compliance with Fair Work Act and Retail Award. Onsite only.
