About the role

n

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll be performing home visits across the North Shore and Northern Beaches. Your duties can include:

n

Home assessments and modifications
n
Falls risk assessments and mobility supports
n
Cognitive assessments
n
Wellbeing and support for Seniors
n
Maintaining concise & timely documentation.
n
Communicating effectively with clients, families, and referrers
n

n

We mostly work with SAH or Private clients.

n

What we're looking for

n

n
Full Australian working rights essential
n
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy essential
n
Min. 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
n
Driver's licence and access to own vehicle essential
n
Current First Aid and CPR, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
n
Confident and independent performing home visits
n
Solid communication skills with clients, families, and teams
n
