Job Description

Eaton in Australia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive lean initiatives and improve production efficiency. The role focuses on training operators, developing work instructions and advancing automation and Industry 4.0 concepts on the factory floor.

You will lead continuous improvement efforts, support NPI activities, and collaborate with CI and EHS teams to ensure audits pass and targets are met. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience are required.
