Job Description

NRMA Treasure Island Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading resort operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee Guest Services, Guest Experience, Food & Beverage, Grounds & Maintenance, and support Heads of Department while fostering a team-oriented, high-performance culture. Accommodation may be available during certain periods.
