Job Description

ONCALL Group Australia is seeking a Service Rostering Coordinator to join our Workforce and Scheduling team on a 12 month Full time contract. You will match clients with well-suited Support Workers, manage roster changes promptly and maintain accurate client records.

In this rapid-paced role you will handle high-volume calls, support reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery while complying with mandatory screening and child-safety standards.
