Job Description

Thiess is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide a broad range of HR services at the Mount Pleasant Operation. This 12-month maximum-term maternity relief role may be offered part time, with opportunities to work across workforce planning, employee relations, performance and policy interpretation.

You will collaborate with the HR team and key stakeholders, maintaining high standards, attention to detail and proactive problem solving in a quick-paced mining services setting.
