Job Description

Uniting Limited is seeking a Case Worker - Kinship Care in Broadmeadows for a part time, ongoing role. You will support and monitor children in statutory kinship placements to ensure safety, stability, and developmental needs, collaborating with carers and care teams.

You will coordinate care team meetings, maintain case documentation, and lead transition planning for youths leaving care, advocating for their voices and wishes for positive permanency outcomes.
