Job Description

Inghams Enterprises in Murarrie, Brisbane, is seeking a CI Lead to identify and lead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives, optimising efficiencies and driving performance across the site. You will balance analytical and CI tool-based methodologies with a proactive, hands-on approach to engage the entire team.

You will bring experience delivering CI programs in manufacturing, robust data analytics skills, and knowledge of CI frameworks (Six Sigma preferred).
