Job Description

MercyCare Ltd. in Western Australia is seeking an Accommodation and Refuge Support Worker to help create a protected, welcoming home for women and children.

You will provide practical and emotional support, build connections, and support healing with a therapeutic team, reporting to the Coordinator. The role requires trauma-informed, person-centred practice, independence and teamwork, and relevant checks (WWCC, Driver's Licence, National Police Clearance).
