Wellways Australia is seeking a Lived Experience Lead to strengthen peer practice across our Mental Health and Wellbeing Local. You will supervise Peer Workers, provide practice development, and champion the value of lived experience in service delivery and planning.

You will work with the local leadership to integrate participant, family and carer perspectives, mentor peers, and advocate for recovery-oriented practices across the team.
