Job Description

Mercury IT, (mercuryit.com.au), currently has an opening for an experienced Senior IT Technician for a full time role. This role is embedded onsite with our customer in Beerwah QLD on a roster basis that includes weekends.

About the Role:

n

Senior IT Technician's are responsible for resolving Level 1, 2 and 3 support requests.

n

This role includes Saturday as a standard working day as the roster is Tuesday to Saturday including public holidays. Time in Lieu is accrued where applicable.

n

Requirements:

n

n
Minimum of 4 years' experience
n
Present well
n
Effective oral and written communication skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
n
Highly developed problem-solving skills
n
Ability to build and support skilled relationships
n
A desire to continually develop your skills through company sponsored learning
n
A police background check will be required for this role
n

Desirable skills and proficiencies:

n

n
Relevant current industry certifications
n
Previous MSP experience including support tools such as Autotask PSA and RMM (or similar)
n
