Job Description

ACL Group on the Gold Coast invites an experienced Operations Manager - Credit Support to lead credit assessment, decisioning and policy across lending brands. You will steer the Credit team's daily performance, while staying hands-on in assessment and ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

You'll monitor portfolio quality and credit risk trends, delivering timely reporting to the Head of Credit and senior management, translating credit performance into business decisions.
