Job Description

Mercure Newcastle is seeking a Part Time Hotel All-Rounder to join our Front Desk and Food & Beverage team in Newcastle, NSW. You'll deliver service excellence from check-in to check-out and assist with reservations, guest requests, and daily hotel tasks.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, collaborate with colleagues, and help maintain guest accounts. RSA is required or willingness to obtain; solid communication and a friendly, qualified presentation are essential.
