Job Description

Tennis Australia is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator for the Australian Open in Melbourne. This fixed-term, full time role supports planning, delivery and operation of official AO merchandise stores across Melbourne Park, with flexibility during the December–February peak season.

Responsibilities include coordinating bump-in, merchandising, workforce planning and POS testing, while maintaining excellent customer experiences and post-event evaluations.
