Job Description

Ballarat Specialist School seeks a Leading Teacher to guide the mini school within the VGSA framework. You will lead day-to-day operations, timetabling, and delivery of an inclusive education program for students with disabilities and complex needs.

You will mentor teachers and ES staff, drive whole‐school improvement, support curriculum planning, VTLM 2.0 implementation, and lead PLC inquiry cycles to improve outcomes.
