Job Description

Sonder is seeking a VP Legal & Company Secretary to lead the legal function amid rapid growth. You will report to the CFO, manage in-house and external counsel, and serve as Company Secretary to the Board, driving governance and investor relations.

You will redesign workflows using AI, act as a product-minded lawyer, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate contracting and reduce cycle times.
