W Cosmetics is seeking a commercially minded Head of Warehouse & Logistics (ANZ) to lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations across Australia and Recent Zealand from the Enfield National Distribution Centre. This hands-on leadership role oversees 55–80 retail stores, ecommerce fulfilment, and inter-warehouse movements.

You will drive safety, efficiency, and inventory accuracy while building robust warehouse leadership teams and delivering on WHS, compliance, and KPI targets.
