An exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join us on a new project in Sydney . We are looking for someone who is willing to work in a cooperative fast-paced environment.

As the Site Manager you will posses robust communication skills as you will be working alongside a team of high performing professionals in particular, the Project Manager and Director.

A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:
Minimum of 7 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor with Design and Construct experience on projects $40 million+
Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods
Ability to work within company policies and procedures, health & safety regulations, legislation.
Competency in conflict and crisis management.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules,



regulations, and quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
