Job Description

Multicultural Families Organisation (MFO) on the Gold Coast leads the SARA Program – a CALD-focused DFV support service for women and children. You will oversee staff, manage your own case load, and ensure safety and wellbeing assessments are conducted with care and professionalism.

You will advocate for clients, align services with DFV principles and cross-cultural standards, build CALD and mainstream partnerships, supervise staff, and report to funding bodies with compliance focus.
