Job Description

Hiring4Health in Sydney's Inner West seeks a hands-on Team Leader for a SIL home. You will lead a team of Disability Support Workers, oversee daily operations, and ensure person-centred care aligns with NDIS standards.

Reporting to the SIL Manager, you will coordinate rostering, manage records, engage with families and coordinators, and support participants with care plans. A clinical or health background is encouraged.
