About the Role: This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager ready to step into a Team Leader role with real influence and earning potential. You’ll lead a high-performing commercial property management team while overseeing a quality portfolio and driving growth across the department. This role will suit someone commercially minded who enjoys leadership, client engagement, and building high-performing teams. You’ll be trusted to operate with autonomy and rewarded directly for performance through a highly attractive multi-layered commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead,



mentor and develop a team of Commercial Property Managers
Oversee and optimise a high-quality commercial portfolio
Act as a senior point of contact for key landlord clients
Drive portfolio growth, retention and profitability
Contribute to business development and revenue generation
Implement best-practice systems, processes and reporting

About You
Proven experience in Commercial Property Management
Prior leadership experience, or a senior CPM ready to step into a Team Leader role
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
Confident communicator with a cooperative leadership style
Motivated by performance, growth and long-term career progression
