Frontline Hospitality is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee our busy venue in the Bowen region. You will lead the team, manage service standards, respond to customer needs, and make confident operational decisions during shifts.

Work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team, assisting with rostering, stock control, compliance, and day-to-day operations in a lively coastal hospitality setting.
