I’m working with a growing salary packaging and novated leasing business looking for an experienced Novated Leasing Consultant with leadership potential to step into a Team Lead opportunity.

What you do need is solid novated leasing experience, a proven sales track record and the natural qualities of someone people look to for support. Importantly, you won't be expected to figure out leadership on your own. You'll work closely with the Head of Sales & Client Relations, who will provide ongoing mentorship, coaching and support as you develop your leadership skills.

The role

You'll spend around 75% of your time managing your own novated leasing pipeline and 25% coaching and supporting a team of four Consultants and two Settlement Officers.

So, you can continue doing what you're good at - selling and earning commission - while learning how to lead and develop a team.
