Job Description

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two Band 3 Booking Coordinators for full time and part time roles. You will contribute to managing reception, clinic utilisation and related tasks, prioritising workloads and solving problems within approved guidelines.

You will negotiate appointments, register referrals accurately, monitor KPI targets and act as a first point of contact for bookings from diverse teams while ensuring timely patient care and data quality.
